 “A man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools” This is an old saying but holds true in today’s world as well.  It is essential to take care of your health to live long and healthily.  Most of us forget this and think that health comes naturally. If we dig inside, we will find that every person that you find healthy makes sure that he eats healthy, exercises regularly and works just the way you do.


Achieving a healthy body is not rocket science. It is relatively easy to do and simple to understand only if we make an effort. The formula to great health is simple but needs regularity and discipline.  To make it simpler for everyone to understand we have divided this health mantra into 4 points which have been discussed briefly as well

Exercise:  It is important to exercise every day. The amount of exercise you should do generally depends upon your fitness level. There are range of exercises like aerobics, weight training, cardiovascular and others to choose from. Too much of exercises can be harmful as well so make sure that your work out session is just the right for you. Take advice of your trainer to devise an exercise plan for you.


Think Positive:  Thinking Positive is often the way to beat stress. A positive thinker would never feel stress as compared to a negative thinker who will keep wasting his time thinking over petty issues.


Love your work: Work is where you would generally spend 10-12 hours every day.  Most of your lifetime goes working so it is absolutely essential that you love whatever you do. If you think your work is too stressful, it is time you re- analyse what you want to do. If you research a little, you will find that people who are successful in any field are people who love what they do.


As stated above, rules to good health are simple. All we need is discipline and we all will be healthy.
